Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. 2.
The Applicant has moved this Application for recall of order dated 16th April, 2019, while filing this Application delay of 424 days is caused.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that by an order dated 16th April, 2019, this Court had directed the Applicant to file a Manoj
2 53-IA-7405-2024.doc paper-book within one year that expired on 15th April, 2020. By which time the nationwide lockdown was started due to Covid-19. The Applicant therefore could not filed a private paper-book. Now the paper-book is ready. Other compliance are also made, in view of the same paper-book is taken on record. The amount also paid 6,95,000/- as per order dated 16th April, 2019.

Considering the above the Appeal stands restored to its earlier position. Amount of Rs.8,06,200/- as per another order of the same date with interest.

Thus, Interim Application stands allowed. Appeal be placed for hearing in due course.
