Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he received instructions not to press the Civil Application as well as the Appeal from Order against Respondent No.11. He seeks leave to delete the name of Respondent No.11. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within a week from today.

This Application is for condonation of 216 days delay in filing the appeal.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient Basavraj G Patil 1/2

1309.14-caa cause for condonation of 216 days delay.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 216 days caused in filing the present Appeal from Order.

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
