The learned Counsel submits that the appellant would present himself before the Special Court i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai on or before 30/1/2019. The learned Special Judge is hereby requested to hear the application on merits and dispose Talwalkar
