This Arbitration Petition has been filed seeking appointment of the third Arbitrator. It appears that both the Arbitrators are unable to agree on the choice of appointment of the third Arbitrator. 3.

In the circumstances, Mr.S.Y.Padhye,District Judge (Retd.), A-29, Sylvan Retreat, Range Hills Road, Ashok Nagar, Pune- 411 020 is appointed as the third Arbitrator, so as to complete the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal.
