During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the petitioner will be accommodated at Chandwad instead of transferred place Sinner. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in person, submits that the petitioner has no grievance to join at Chandwad.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition. 3.

Petitioner to join the said modified place of transfer on or before 1st March,2018.
