Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

As the Revision Application has been admitted since the arguable questions are raised and as there is nothing on record to indicate that the applicant has misused the liberty while he was on bail during the trial and during the pendency of the Appeal, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail during the pendency of the Revision Application. The sentence imposed by the trial Court is of three months imprisonment. The applicant was taken in 1/2

31-ia-2760-23.odt custody pursuant to the dismissal of the Appeal. He was released on bail vide interim order dated 01.08.2023 passed by this Court in this Revision. The interim order is accordingly confirmed. The sentence is suspended. The applicant is personally present today.
