Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition accepting the undertaking of Mr. Zulfikar Abdulla Malbari as placed on record of this Court, in pursuance of the order dated 22 September, 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner shall vacate the premises within a period of one week after a request from the respondents is received by the petitioner. Statement as made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted. This shall be subject to the petitioner being paid the transit rent as per the undertaking and if there are any arrears of the rent, the same be cleared before the petitioner vacating the said premises.
