Letter received from jail is placed before this Court. Learned APP on instructions submits that appraisal report from convicting court is

It appears that Sessions Court-I, Nashik has convicted applicant on 5th October, 2013 in Sessions Case No. 204 of 2012.

In this situation, we direct that Court to expedite the process and to forward to Competent Authority the appraisal report within six weeks after receipt of copy of this order.

After receipt of that report, Competent Authority shall take further decision in accordance with law within next eight weeks.

Petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of.

6.

Copy of this order be served upon prisoner in jail and also be sent to Sessions Court-I, Nashik.
