The present Application is to recall of order dated 4th August 2022 issuing bailable warrant against the Applicants. The bailable warrant was issued, as none appeared for the Applicant on the said date.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the order dated 4th August 2022 issuing bailable warrant against the Applicant is recalled.
