Though respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

This application is for condonation of 7 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

5 cac485-15 A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The delay of 7 days occurred in filing the above Civil Revision Application be condoned and the said Revision Application be heard on its own merits."

B) Liberty granted to the applicant to prefer appropriate application for remaining reliefs and same be decided on its own merits.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
