By this Civil Application, Applicant State of Maharashtra is seeking condonation of 126 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 06.08.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Raigad in LAR No. 14 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:
