The present petition is filed for seeking quashment of the FIR, being C.R. No.79/2018, dated 22 March 2018 registered Vinoba Bhave Police Station under Section 420 read with Section 34 of IPC and subsequently, RCC No.5900661/PW/2019 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 59th Court, Kurla. It is submitted in the praecipe that the Petitioners wish to withdraw the petition. 2.

In view of the statement made and the praecipe circulated before this court, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
