Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Inspector Mr.Ghodake, attached to Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in MECR No.03 of 2018 which was lodged in pursuance of Order dated 28th August 2018 in C.C. No. 123/SW/2017, the Investigating Officer after completion of investigation has submitted Chargesheet on 5th February 2022 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 2.

In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioner regarding non completion of investigation does not survive. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
