Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
Considering the fact that the applicant has been in custody since 2013, the trial of the applicant is expedited. In case the trial does not conclude within a period of one year from today, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh application
2/2 35-ba.1618.2015 seeking his enlargement on bail, which will be decided on its own merits. The aforesaid order be communicated by the applicant to the learned Special Judge (MCOC Act), who is seized of the case being Special MCOC Case No.4 of 2014.
