P.C.:- By this Petition the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.4.2015 whereby the learned Family Court had directed the Petitioner to pay sum of Rs.7,000/- from the date of the application till the date of the disposal of the Petition.

The learned counsel for the Respondent has submitted that subsequently the parties had filed proceedings under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act and all the disputes between the parties have been finally resolved in terms of the judgment and order dated 10th March, 2017 in Hindu Marriage Application No.527 of 2014. He has placed on record copy of the judgment, which is taken on record and Megha 1/2

Paragraph 6 of the said judgment clearly reveals that the parties have already exchanged the ornaments and belongings and have agreed to withdraw unconditionally all allegations made by them against each other. Said judgment further indicates that the Respondent-wife herein has also received an amount of Rs.5,70,000/- from the Petitioner-husband. 3.

In the light of the said judgment, this Petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
