The communication dated 09.03.2023 received by the learned APP from Nirmal Nagar Police Station is taken on record and marked as document 'A'. It says that charge-sheet has been filed against five accused-persons and since no evidence could be gathered against two accused-persons, no charge-sheet has been filed against them. In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner does not press prayer clause (a) and would like to press only prayer clause (b). petition as regards prayer clause (a) is dismissed. As regards prayer clause (b), however, it must be stated that document 'A' answers prayer clause (b) and it serves the purpose of prayer clause (b). 3.

In view of document 'A', we find that purpose of this petition has been served and this petition is, therefore, disposed of as having served its purpose.
