The learned Counsel for parties agree that the facts and circumstances in the present Civil Revision Applications are same as the facts and circumstances which obtained in Civil Revision Application No.369 of 2007, which has since been disposed of by order dated 22/04/2015.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Applications are disposed of for the reasons and circumstances, set out in the order dated 22/04/2015, made in Civil Revision Application No.369 of 2007. 3.

The impugned orders dated 10/03/2006 are set aside. The Respondents' Appeals are restored to the file of the Appellate authority. The Appellate authority to decide the Appeals in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible so as to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order.

The parties are directed to appear before the Appellate authority on 15/06/2015 at 11.00 a.m. and produce the authenticated copy of this order.

The Rule is made absolute in both the Civil Revision Applications to the aforesaid extent. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
