It is not necessary for this Court to go into the merits of the matter in view of the consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties that the order dated 29th March, 2022 and 1st June, 2023 be quashed and set aside and the matter be remanded to the Tahsildar to be considered afresh. 2.

In light of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the order dated 29th March, 2022 and 1st June, 2023 are hereby quashed and set aside. The Application No.SR-1/2022 is restored to the file of the Respondent Nos.10-Tahsildar to be decided afresh after granting liberty to the parties to lead evidence. 3.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
