This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.180 of 2018 dated 8.5.2018 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 393, 384, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.1282/2018 is directed to implead the informant as respondent No. 2. Amendment
