Learned APP submitted a report dated 07.10.2022 prepared by the Jailor (Grade-I), Yerwada Central Prison, Pune which states that Petitioner has been released for 690 days of Covid Parole after 10.05.2020.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner in the present Petition challenging two orders of 2012 and 2013 regarding rejection of remission and not granting of extension in parole leave would not survive. If the grievance of Petitioner still subsists, he is at liberty to make an appropriate Application before the Competent Authority. 3.

In view of the above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.
