1] If the Petitioner deposits entire arrears of the maintenance at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- per month within period of 2 months from today, issue notice to respondent indicating that the matter shall be taken up for final disposal at admission stage. Notice returnable on 10/01/2022.

2] If the amount of arrears is not deposited within stipulated time as observed herein above, needless to clarify that the petitioner has 1/2

30.7346.21 wp.doc failed to demonstrate before the Court below his monthly income, inspite of sufficient chance was given to him. As such, the court below was justified in awarding maintenance.
