Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. He tenders a draft amendment for amending the Schedule-I to this Application. The same is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification. We permit the Applicant to carry out amendment to the Schedule-I to this Application in terms of the draft taken on record and marked "X2" for identification. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded.

Proposed amendment to the Writ Petition is based on the Notification dated 28th January 2016 and Addendum dated 2nd May 2016 which are issued during the pendency of this Petition. Hence, amendment deserves to be permitted. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. Amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on the Advocate representing the Respondents in the Writ Petition.

The Respondents shall be entitled to file an additional affidavit-in-reply to the amended Writ Petition within a period of eight weeks from the date on which amended copy of the Writ Petition is served upon the concerned Respondents.
