This is an application for substituted service upon the respondent Nos.4 to 6 by way of paper publication. 2.

It is stated that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 could not be served, despite putting in sufficient efforts. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/original petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.4 to 6 by way of paper publication. The Petitioner is directed to publish notice in marathi daily newspaper 'Lokmat" within a period of six weeks from today and to file an affidavit of service in that behalf after the said notice is duly published.
