Applicant/Appellant - Central Railway has moved these applications in the aforesaid 12 appeals seeking condonation of delay of more than 300 days, more particularly, depicted in the chart annexed herewith.

Learned Counsel for the respondents-claimants objects prayer of the applicant on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown.

Considering the reasons stated in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the applications, sufficient cause has been shown for delay. As such, applications are allowed with no order as to costs. Delay is condoned.
