This civil application is for condonation of delay in filing the second appeal. The office note shows that the civil application was dismissed against respondent nos.3 and 4 for want of steps by the appellant to serve them. The appellant had taken out Civil Application No.145 of 2014 for restoration of the application for condonation of delay against respondent no.3, which has also been dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the civil application for condonation of delay against two of the respondents, the same cannot survive against the remaining respondents. Hence, the civil application is dismissed, as not maintainable.
