This Court vide reasoned order dated 5th September, 2022 has granted ad-interim protection.

In view of above, even if there is an order passed by the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of CrPC, it has to be observed that such order will not override the division bench observations referred above. That being so, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
