Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that question involved in this Petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9629 of 2009 vide order dated 04/04/2012. He submits that in the said Writ Petition, which was decided along with Writ Petition No. 10023 of 2010 Manik Ananda Chougule Vs. Barrister Balasaheb Khardekar College and ors., this Court in paragraph No. 11 1/2

12. WP 8378.09.doc issued following directions.

"In the circumstances, we observe that, if the petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 2617, 2641, 2642, 2643, 2655, 2659, 4995, 4997, 4998 and 5000 of 2010 file representation before the Grievance Committee, including for issuance of direction against the Management to pay their salary, the Grievance Committee shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of making such representation."

The aforesaid position has not been disputed by learned Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition in terms of the said order dated 04/04/2012 passed in Writ Petition No. 9629 of 2009 and Writ Petition No. 10023 of 2010. 5.

Civil Application as well as Writ Petition stand disposed of.
