Mr. Mahadik, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposed to condone the delay. It appears from the record that there is delay of 127 days. By looking to the nature of dispute and in order to decide the lis on its on merit, it is necessary to condone the delay in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order; :: ORDER ::

(i) Application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 5(b).
