After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the present applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew his request for bail after few months. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than two years, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, then the applicant is at liberty to file bail application, before the trial Court. The application is accordingly disposed of.
