Mr. Kumbhakoni, the learned senior counsel appearing for the State, at the outset makes a statement that the Respondent No.4 will pass an order in respect of Respondent No.5 under section 45 of the A.P.M.C. Act, during the course of the day and the Applicant or his authorised representative can collect the copy of the order between 4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. from the office of the Respondent No.4. Mr. Kumbhakoni, the learned senior counsel also makes a statement that in the event the said order under section 45 of the A.P.M.C. Act, is adverse to the interest of the Applicant, the charge of Respondent No.5 shall not be taken over on or before the date inclusive of 29.8.2016. Statement is accepted.

In the light of the above statements, grievance of the Applicant stands redressed. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
