1) Learned APP tendered across the bar a photocopy of Medical Report of the Petitioner signed by the Chief Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Prison. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner is Haemodynamically stable as of today.

2) Record indicates that, after the Petitioner made complaint about his ill health, he was referred to Civil Hospital Nashik and administered necessary medical treatment. As the jail authorities have provided necessary medical treatment to the Petitioner, his condition as of today is stable.

2) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Prakash D. Paikrao, Jailor C-II, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, Petitioner will be 1/2

3) In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition at this stage and is accordingly disposed off.
