By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 103 days in filing the civil application and recall of the order passed by this Court on 7th April 2016.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 and have perused the civil application. In my view, the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay in filing the civil application and for recallof the order passed by this Court on 7th April 2016. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) & (B). Second appeal is restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within one week from today. No order as to costs.
