This Interim Application is filed for setting aside Order dated 20 January, 2020, passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), whereby the Applicant be allowed four weeks time to remove office objections failing which the First Appeal on stamp number would stand refused without further reference to the Court. 28-IA-4109-2021.doc thereafter, in the month of March-2022 to pandemic hit the whole world, therefore, Supreme Court in the matter of Suo Moto Petition No.3 of 2020 passed an Order of condoning the delay from 15 March, 2020 to 28 February, 2022. It is a case of the Applicant/Insurance Company that the present Interim Application No.4109 of 2021 was filed on 29 September, 2021 i.e. during the pandemic period.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of Interim Application.

The case is made out to allow this Interim Application. 5.

Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
