Counsel for the applicants on instructions informs that an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- shall be deposited with the Investigating Officer within period of one week from today. 2.

The amount alleged to have been embezzled is Rs.2,75,000/- which is secured by secured by aforesaid statement of applicant.

In response to Court's query, learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer but for aforesaid amount, there are no other complaints against the said applicants so as to justify the offence under the MPID Act.

In this background, case for grant of protection is made out.

In the event of arrest, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer from 10th October, 2022 to 15th October, 2022 between 10.00 a.m. 12.00 and thereafter as and when directed.

7.

Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

8.

The application as such stands disposed of.
