It is submitted that Corporation is not in a position to pay the salary of the teachers. Objection is to passing of the impugned resolution. 3.

We have perused the concerned resolution dated 4th December 2013. Petitioner No.2 is a Corporator. He may raise appropriate issues before alternate forum. If the petitioners have any

skn 2/2 235.14-pil.sxw grievance against the resolution passed by the Corporation under law, the petitioners may resort to alternate remedy. As to in what manner the Corporation should run its affairs and as to how they should raise finance is for the Corporation to decide. We are not inclined to entertain this petition. Petition is dismissed.
