The only relief which is prayed in the instant petition is to direct the trial Court to frame charges and expedite the trial by summoning respondent Nos.2 to 4 and proceed with the matter expeditiously.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. He is unable to answer a query of this Court whether such an application is moved by the present petitioner before the learned trial Court. Even otherwise, I am not inclined to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction for grant of such prayer, as the petitioner can seek such relief by moving an application before the Gaikwad RD 1/2

The petitioner is permitted to move an application for expediting his trial before the learned trial Court and if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court keeping in mind the pendency of matters before it. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
