The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the copy of this application has been served upon the nonapplicants and they have been informed about the hearing of this application.

None appears for the non-applicants.

Considering the request put forth in prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), the applicant is permitted to deposit the rent from 01/04/2020 before the trial Court, in the light of the order of this Court dated 02/02/2011. It is made clear that this would neither create any equities in favour of the applicant, nor any prejudice to the non-applicants.

The arrears shall be deposited on or before 11/02/2022 and thereafter, the monthly rent shall be deposited as directed earlier, regularly. In the event of three defaults in a year or two consecutive defaults, the interim protection granted on 02/02/2011 shall stand vacated, without reference to the Court.

Interim Application No.99 of 2022 stands disposed off in the light of the above directions.
