Applicant No. 1 Sayyad Kalim s/o Salim is informed to have been already arrested by Pune Police. In the aforesaid background, the application against applicant No.1- Sayyad is not pressed. The application stands disposed of as not pressed against applicant No.1. Sayyad.

As far as prayer for applicant No.2- Sameer Patel is concerned, after having heard respective counsel for sometime, the application stands disposed of with following order. (i) If the custodial interrogation of applicant No. 2 - Sameer Patel is warranted in Crime No. 316 of 2018, registered with Vasai Police Station, the I.O. assures that he shall initially serve 48 hours notice on Sameer Patel, who claimed to be practicing lawyer at Aurangabad.

(ii) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant assures that applicant shall furnish his present contact no., both mobile and landline if any, and also permanent place of residence to the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from today. 3.
