The above Interim Application is filed to bring the legal heirs of Petitioner No.1(a) on record who passed away on 23rd September, 2022.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application the delay is condoned and the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Application of the Applicants and allow them to be added as the party petitioner in the place of the Petitioner 1a.

(b) The petition be allowed to be amended as per the Schedule "A" annexed herewith."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today and the copy of the amended Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of 2 weeks thereafter. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
