The caste claim of the petitioner is pending since 2019. It is submitted that the father, brother and uncle of the petitioner were issued with the validity certifcate. 2.

The documents of vigilance are not on record. The Committee will have to verify the same 3.

It is submitted that last date of producing the validity is up to 19th September 2022.

It is laxity on the part of the petitioner to approach the Court on the eleventh hour.

However, considering that the matter pertains to the student and his admission, we pass the following order :

ORDER

i) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.2 Committee on 29th August 2022.

34.WPNo.101112022.doc ii) The Committee shall take up the case of the petitioner immediately.

iii) The Committee shall consider the validity certifcate issued to the father, brother and uncle of the petitioner and so also the judgment of this Court in the case of the uncle of the petitioner. iv) The Committee may also consider the vigilance conducted therein and the judgments of this Court and may take decision with regard to the validation certifcate.

v) However, the decision shall be taken by the Committee by 15th September 2022.

vi) The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
