Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
This application is preferred by CIDCO for joining them as party respondent in present First Appeal no. 419 of 2011 on the ground that they are acquiring body.
The learned Counsel for the applicant fairly submitted that the Division Bench of this Court by Judgment dated 06.03.2013 in Appeal No. 184 of 2010 held that CIDCO cannot claim themselves as a acquiring body for lands which are acquired for New Bombay project.
