Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the order in respect of deposit of amount of Rs.4.00 lacs as condition precedent for registration of the appeal has been complied with and the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the DART is restored on 25.7.2016. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in petition does not survive and the petition stands disposed off. 2.

Pending civil applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
