This Criminal Application is filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking transfer of Domestic Violence Case No.3177 of 2016 from the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Court-7, Pune to the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Solapur. 2.

However, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the said Criminal M.A. No.3177 of 2016 has been allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of by Order dated 11th February 2023 passed in National Lok Adalat.
