By this Civil Application, applicant/original claimant is seeking condonation of 121 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 11th March, 2013 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Short Cause Suit No. 4359 of 2011. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for applicant and averment made in Civil Application, I satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed :
