Petition has been filed only because Respondent No.2 - The Assistant Registrar, Dadar Centre of Courts, Mumbai has not even fixed the date to execute and implement the order dated 15th March 2022 passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai. Learned A.G.P. states that Respondent No.2 is over burdened with work and perhaps that is the reason why the date has not been fixed. We are not willing to accept the explanation because even if Respondent No.2 is over burdened with work that cannot come in the way of fixing the date and time to implement the order. Therefore, Respondent No.2 is directed to execute the order dated 15th March 2022 at the earliest and in any event within two months from today.
