This is an application for condition of delay of 7 years 181 days caused in filing the Criminal Application for restoration. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Criminal Application No. 8346 of 2005 in Criminal Application No. 1404 of 2003 was dismissed by a self operative order dated 17.01.2009. There is no satisfactory reason given by the Applicant for condoning the said inordinate delay in filing the application for restoration. In view thereof, the application is accordingly, rejected.
