Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP appearing for the respondents. 2.

There is an innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as the direction is sought to the respondent No.3 to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner on 24th May, 2019 (Exhibit 'F', Page

19) of the compilation of the Writ Petition.

The learned AGP appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has efficacious and alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance, and therefore, the question of entertaining the

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has sought directions to the respondent No.3 to decide his complaint, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the complaint dated 24th May, 2019 filed by the petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however within 10 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above direction, Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised in the said complaint and it is for the respondent No.3 to take the appropriate decision in accordance with the law.
