1] The present petition seeks to challenge the order dated 13th August 2015, whereby the names of the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 were deleted since they were declared to be defaulters in respect of the dues of the Nashik District Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Nashik. There is a further challenge to the finalization of the voters list i.e. 14th August 2015.

2] Although the petition is filed on 20th August 2015, the petitioners have not obtained any ad-interim relief till date. Today when the matter is listed pursuant to urgent mentioning learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election program has already been declared and polling is due on 26th September 2015.

In the circumstances it is too late to consider grant of any relief in the present petition. I therefore pass the following order.

ORDER

I) The petition is disposed of as dismissed.

ii) It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the action of the respondents in accordance with law by adopting appropriate proceedings under the Act. (A. K. MENON, J.)
