DATE : 7TH JANUARY, 2023 P.C:- Ms.Solunke, learned A.G.P. tenders an affidavit in reply on behalf of the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 confirming that the petitioners were allotted a plot of land in village Shirval (Deoghar) by an order dated 21st January, 2021. Learned counsel on instruction states that the possession of the said allotted plot would be handed over to the petitioners within one week from today. Statement is accepted as and by way of undertaking to this Court. In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
