The Applicant seeks transfer of Special Civil Suit No.71 of 2006 pending with Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag to Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane. 3.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 who are contesting Respondents in the said suit have no objection for the said transfer. Hence, I pass following order. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

ORDER

(i) Special Civil Suit No.71 of 2006 pending at Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag, Raigad be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane.

(ii) Both the parties to appear before the concerned Court on 11th March 2024.

(iii) Application allowed and disposed of.

(iv) All pending Civil and Interim Applications are disposed of.
